Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and JonesLabs LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, USA ("we", "us"), for the use of StockMill at stockmill.app and as an app installed in your Shopify, Etsy, or eBay account. By creating an account or installing the app you agree to them.

What StockMill does

StockMill keeps a ledger of the parts you buy, computes how many finished products you can sell, and updates the available quantity on your connected listings. It is a business tool for sellers, not a consumer service, and you must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business that uses it.

Your shops

You authorize us to connect to the sales channels you choose and to read and write the data described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for complying with each channel's own terms, for the accuracy of the Parts, Builds, and counts you enter, and for reviewing the import before you turn quantity updates on for a channel. Once updates are on, StockMill is the source of truth for quantities on the listings it is linked to, and changes you make directly on the channel will be overwritten.

Billing

• Plans are priced by the number of orders per month across all connected channels, as shown on stockmill.app. Every plan includes every feature.
• If you install from the Shopify App Store you are billed through Shopify. If you sign up on stockmill.app you are billed through Polar.sh. Never both.
• Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at the price of ten.
• If you exceed your plan's order count we warn you and ask you to upgrade. We do not stop syncing your stock over a plan limit.
• You can cancel at any time. Service continues to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods.
• Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not use StockMill to break a channel's rules, to access shops you are not authorized to manage, to probe or overload the service, or to store content you have no right to store. We can suspend an account that does.

Availability and support

We work to keep StockMill available and to push quantity changes within seconds, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and the channels' own APIs, rate limits, and outages are outside our control. Support is through the contact form.

Your data

Your inventory data is yours. We handle it as described in the privacy policy, you can export it at any time, and it is deleted when your account closes.

Warranties and liability

StockMill is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, oversells, or indirect damages arising from the service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from the app or by email. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach these terms. On closure, quantity updates stop and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change matters we email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect, and continued use after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
